A 65-home, five-storey residential development in central London for Westminster Council, spanning the full scope from bulk excavation and sheet piling through to a traditionally reinforced RC frame with precast stairs.

Delivered for Willmott Dixon on behalf of Westminster Council, this project constructed a five-storey residential building providing 65 homes in central London, with a lower ground floor basement, plant rooms and associated landscaping.
The groundworks scope was extensive: bulk excavation, sheet pile installation, below-ground drainage, a 120m3 attenuation tank, heading works to connect to the existing sewer, pile caps, ground beams, retaining walls, waterproofing and ground floor slab.
The RC frame, using GASS horizontal falsework and Peri vertical formwork, comprised traditional slabs and transfer slabs, RC columns and walls to all levels, north and south stair and lift cores, upstand walls and precast stairs.
The complexity and logistical demands of the project required consistently high standards of workmanship throughout.
