The Hive is a flagship building at the heart of TTP Campus, highly commended by the Concrete Society in 2024.
Spanning 7,000sqm, this large single-storey laboratory and office building is defined by vast expanses of exposed fine smooth concrete that deliver clean structural solutions with minimal columns, achieving spans of 15m.
The slim blade columns appear seamless from ground floor slab to the feature light wells in the roof above.
Alongside it, The Exchange is a single-storey fine smooth finished circular building housing the campus event, dining and social space.
