Appointed by Willmott Dixon, Whelan and Grant are delivering enabling works, groundworks, substructures, a three-storey RC frame and external works for Thames Valley Police's new Forensic Investigation Unit in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
Targeting completion in Spring 2026, the facility will house state-of-the-art laboratories, new digital technologies and dedicated training spaces, all designed to strengthen the force's scientific capabilities for the long term.
