High-quality exposed concrete across multiple buildings on a 152-acre campus, from post-tensioned structures to feature atria.

Whelan and Grant have been a consistent presence on the 152-acre Cambridge Science Park for the best part of a decade, completing numerous buildings across the site. The work began with the Bradfield Centre, a two-storey co-working building with exposed concrete soffits and a feature atrium.
A further five buildings have followed, each carrying the recurring hallmark of exposed fine smooth concrete walls to entrances and atria, and circular or rectangular exposed columns in open-plan office spaces.
Both traditional and post-tensioned construction techniques have been employed across the campus.
