A quayside development consisting of three buildings, 26, 15 and 8 storeys respectively.
Appointed by Bouygues, Whelan and Grant delivered a complete concrete package for this quayside residential development, comprising three buildings of 26, 15 and 8 storeys.
Partnering with a specialist groundworker, the full scope ran from pile caps and basements through to lift capping slabs.
Our own Peri RCS climbing rail system was used to advance the central core several floors ahead of the slabs, while a three-floor climbing shield provided protection for the workforce and the public below.
On a demanding programme, close coordination across all teams was central to delivering the project successfully.
