A large fair faced office for Spellar Metcalfe developed for Atkins new headquarters
This prestige development in Epsom consists of a 3 storey RC frame with Post Tensioned slabs and beams and embedded cooling pipes. A large proportion of this frame has a high quality architectural finish, including columns, walls and soffits. The site team used great care and meticulous planning to ensure the critical details and interfaces achieved the challenging visual concrete specification.
